The renovation of this house located in the golf club of Xabia has been built strictly respecting the existing volume and, taking advantage of the built structure, have created precise openings that have freed the interior space creating a strong relation with the Mediterranean garden that surrounds the house.

The garden has been restored and embellished with the location of a swimming pool between the terraces. Pavements with Bateig stone and wooden windows, terraces of polished concrete dyed in earthy colors give a timeless character to the new construction.
