House in project phase. Taking advantage of the plot’s topography the house is placed on a platform 6 m high above the Av. de la Marina Alta. The house is organized in one floor next to the swimming pool that is constructed without need of earth movement taking advantage of the structural system of earth contention. On the roof there is a large terrace and the main bedroom all under a lightweight structural sheet of reinforced concrete.
The structure of the house is resolved with reinforced concrete load-bearing walls and a Johansson vault system.
