As a small Mediterranean town, the layout of this building has been proposed with a marked rural character, which does not intend to impose itself on the landscape but rather to place itself within it. Beautiful views of the Montgó and the Gerro tower from the inside of the whitewashed volumes built on a natural stone plinth tied with the traditional system used to build the rustic terraces that run all over the place.
Natural wood flooring, plaster walls, interwoven structural wood are the simple palette of materials with which the house is built. The spaces are built around a courtyard dominated by a sheet of water of large dimensions where the Mediterranean garden planted with carob trees, olive trees and cypresses.
The fluid and concatenated interior spaces welcome family life with all the comfort that the mild climate of the area allows.
